Srikanth Raja

My work has moved through technology, design, photography, filmmaking, post-production, business, and working with people. The fields changed over time, but my approach remained simple: understand what I am dealing with, learn what is needed, and find a practical way forward.

I've never stayed inside one box.

My work has moved through technology, design, photography, cinematography, filmmaking, post-production, business, and people. I never saw them as separate things. Each one taught me something that became useful somewhere else.

I like understanding how things work, finding the actual problem, experimenting when the answer isn't obvious, and building a practical way forward.

I moved from working for companies to working with companies.

Today I prefer collaboration over hierarchy. I understand the requirement, understand the problem, bring what I know, learn what I don't, and work with people to build what the situation actually needs.

How I think

01 — Understand

02 — Experiment

03 — Build

Before trying to solve something, I want to understand what is actually happening.

If the answer isn't obvious, I test, learn and try another way.

Once I understand what is needed, I prefer making something useful over endlessly discussing what might work.

YouTube

CINECODE

Where I share cameras, filmmaking, production experiments and what I learn from using them in the real world.

My creative production company, built around filmmaking, photography, post-production and creative technology.

My Philosophy

First learn. Then earn. Then return.
Learn first. Build something useful from it. Then share what becomes useful to others.
